At Hyperkin Store, we stand by the quality of our gaming hardware and accessories, offering a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in their original packaging. If your gear isn't performing to your standards, we are committed to making it right with a straightforward resolution process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Hardware

  Securely place the item in its original box with all included cables and manuals, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the exterior of the shipping package.

• 3.
  Ship to Hyperkin

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our quality control center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
